In this session, Olivier Award winning designer Joanna Scotcher will discuss their multidisciplinary approach to designing for the Live Arts industry. Joanna will talk about how their devotion to storytelling led to their award-winning design for Emilia (Globe & West End) and Current, Rising (Royal Opera House) - a production that combined virtual reality with a multisensory set to transport audiences to an 'Opera Tardis'.
