Award winning director Blanche McIntyre looked at the different ways of approaching texts. She worked on two contrasting texts, one classic and one new play: Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors and Foxfinder by Dawn King.
Blanche was named Best Director at the 2013 TMA UK Theatre Awards for The Seagull. She was the winner of the Critics’ Circle Award for Most Promising Newcomer and the Off West End Theatre Award for Best Director in 2012.
Her recent directing credits include Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors at the Globe, Pinter’s The Birthday Party at the Manchester Royal Exchange and Emlyn Williams’ Accolade at the Finborough Theatre which is currently being revived for the St. James Theatre.
