We had a chat with Emma about the development of her play since the rehearsed reading in September:
"I'm absolutely delighted that Shakespeare's Sister is being published and licensed by Samuel French; not only will it give me the chance to see my play in print, it will also make the performance rights available to professional companies, students, and amateur groups, so that Shakespeare's Sister can have another life onstage. The Pitch Your Play Scheme by Masterclass made all this possible, and I am so grateful, both for the experience of seeing my play performed on the Theatre Royal Haymarket Stage with a fantastic cast and production team, and for all the opportunities it has opened up since."
To celebrate the launch, there will be a second rehearsed reading at Kings College, Strand on 14th February. Tickets are free so don’t miss out on the opportunity to see the fantastic work Emma has produced!
