Jeremy has worked as a London-based international corporate lawyer for the last 30 years and is a partner at Allen & Overy LLP. He regularly advises Boards on transactional matters and on their legal and regulatory obligations and has wide experience of advising on corporate governance and risk management issues.   He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Allen & Overy’s staff pension schemes in the UK and was previously a member of Allen & Overy’s audit committee for 8 years.  

He serves as an independent governor on the Board of London South Bank University and on its Major Projects & Investment Committee. He is also Chair of its Remuneration Committee.  

He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Enham Trust, a charity for the disabled.

Jeremy has always been an enthusiastic supporter of the theatre and dance and is delighted to be involved in Masterclass. He lives in London, and in Wiltshire where his wife is an arable farmer.
