We are inviting applications for a full time Programme & Marketing Administrator.
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic person with a love for theatre, to join our small team. The Programme & Marketing Administrator is a pivotal role within a small team, responsible for a range of operational and marketing activities to support the charity’s events and projects, and the first point of contact for our beneficiaries, supporters, clients and industry friends. The role would suit someone who is passionate about theatre and the future of the industry, and who understands the needs of aspiring and emerging theatre-makers. Whilst supporting the Programme Director, Programmer and Marketing Manager, this role will also have a say in artistic matters like casting. It is the perfect training ground for anyone who aspires to work in arts administration, general management, education & outreach or producing. Although the ideal candidate will have strong IT and organisational skills, and some experience of administration and event management, this is an entry-level position where attitude, enthusiasm and ability to learn will also count for a great deal.
