Join Our Team - Programmer

We are inviting applications for a part time Programmer.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with strong roots in the theatre industry and excellent connections to join our small team in a senior role. This role is responsible for programming important strands of Masterclass’ year-round programme, curating a diverse and stimulating schedule of events. We are looking for someone who understands, and is motivated to support, the needs of aspiring and emerging theatre makers. The flexibility of this role might suit a person who wishes to continue their own creative projects, or maintain other responsibilities, alongside a salaried role. The Programmer has significant autonomy to shape the charity’s programme.
