From child actor to West End star, via a host of theatre and TV appearances in between, Bonnie will talk about what it takes to survive in the business. As always there will be time for plenty of questions.
Bonnie Langford is currently playing Roz Keith in Dolly Parton’s 9 to 5, The Musical at the Savoy Theatre, London. Recently, she played Dorothy Brock in 42nd Street at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane which was released in over 650 cinemas in the UK and Ireland, across America and streamed on Broadway HD and PBS America.
Bonnie created the role of Carmel Kazemi in EastEnders for which she won ‘Best Newcomer’ at the 2015 British Soap Awards, Inside Soap Award nominations and nominated for ‘Best Serial Drama Performance’ at the 2019 National Television Awards.
She made her theatre debut in the West End at the tender age of seven in Gone with the Wind at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, followed by ‘Baby June’ in Gypsy opposite Angela Lansbury at the Piccadilly Theatre, a highly successful run on Broadway and a Drama Desk Award nomination.
