Jazz singer Alma must rise to the challenge of a comeback residency with the help — or hindrance — of Michael, a young saxophonist who makes model houses out of matchsticks. Forced to share a dressing room, their initial reluctance gives way to mutual curiosity — but will it all go up in flames?

Script Sessions give playwrights the opportunity to meet with other young creatives and receive feedback on their scripts.

These very relaxed and informal sessions give playwrights valuable early feedback, while young actors get to practice their table reading skills, directors can share their vision for the piece and designers create quick response sketches. It's a great chance to network with other creatives, and give feedback on new work.
