Hi, I'm Rebecca and I currently work in Internal Communications at the National Theatre. Before this, I worked in PR across a range of art forms and theatres, looking after venues such as Theatr Clwyd and the Arcola Theatre. Having attended the Theatre Royal Bath Theatre School (TRBTS) at the egg theatre in Bath for ten years I studied English & Spanish at Royal Holloway and am now completing an MA in Critical Theory at King's College. I have been an avid theatre attendee throughout my life, and am eager to help other young people discover the range of careers and opportunities in theatre, especially within the backstage and administration sides of theatre.

My name is Gabi and I am a Bulgarian actor, producer, facilitator, artistic director of StageBase Productions and overall art lover. In my capacity of a catalyst, I am thrilled to be furthering Masterclass’s outreach programme and making space for inspiring ideas, innovation and creativity, which is my driving force.

I’m Dan, a British-New Zealander who works across the theatre industry. After graduating from Mountview, I made my West End debut in the original cast of Treason The Musical last year. I am also a show technician with the ENO and the Almeida Theatre. I love to teach across the youth sector as well as directing for the Musical Theatre department at Sylvia Young Theatre School.

Hey, I’m Shona - I’m an actor, writer and active Masterclass member. I have a History degree from Durham University and I'm working in various projects across stage and screen. I’m so excited to be joining the Youth Board and to contribute to Masterclass’ great work, ethos and spirit!

Hello! I'm Santiago, a Mexican playwright, art journalist and overall writer and creator based in London. I've gotten work showcased at the Act II and Salt Circle Productions festivals and I'm hard at work on my first full-length play! Can't wait to tell more stories!

Hi I'm Holly and I work as Data Insights Manager in the charity sector. I am really passionate about the arts and love to see live shows and volunteer with likeminded people. Previously I have worked with Go Live Theatre Projects, Storyhouse in Chester and acted as a Youth Board Member at the Almeida Theatre. I also currently volunteer on the Chartered Institute of Fundraising's Insight Committee and with Young People in the Arts as a Project Manager. I am very excited to be joining the Masterclass Youth Board and cannot wait to get stuck in with the amazing work that they do.

Hi, I’m Alara (she/her), a Turkish-Cypriot artist, writer and creator. I’ve been involved in theatre for over 10 years. I have recently finished my MFA Acting and will start National Youth Theatre this summer. Im interested in combination of Musical Theatre and Theatre of the Oppressed. I wrote my first ever published musical Déjà Vu Kabaret last year. Im so excited to be a part of Masterclass Youth Board.
