Script Sessions give playwrights the opportunity to meet with other young creatives and receive feedback on their scripts.

These very relaxed and informal sessions give playwrights valuable early feedback, while young actors get to practice their table reading skills, directors can share their vision for the piece and designers create quick response sketches. It's a great chance to network with other creatives, and give feedback on new work. These are closed sessions, Masterclass members must have a confirmation email to attend.

Written a play and want to participate?

Please make sure you are signed up as Masterclass member. Submit your script here. We will read your play, and if suitable, arrange a Script Session. If not suitable for any reason, we may offer personal feedback. We are looking for scripts that are ideally an hour or less running time (ie between 30-90 pages).

Actor, director, designer or TheatreMaker and want to participate?

Please make sure you are signed up as Masterclass member. Complete this form to be added to our list for Script Sessions opportunities. Script Sessions are a relatively small time commitment and a chance to meet fellow Masterclass members (and potential future collaborators!) to hear new work aloud and to be part of its development. They are also an opportunity to stretch your own creative muscles in a safe and non-judgmental space. With this in mind, Script Sessions are not paid opportunities.
