Clare Annamalai
Programme Director
Biog
Clare joined Masterclass as Programme Director in 2020, having previously been Business Director of prison music charity Finding Rhythms. As an arts administrator she has also worked with commercial circus and subsidised theatre companies, prior to which she had a first career in retail and pharmaceuticals. Clare has catholic tastes in theatre, but is always more favourably disposed towards shows that publish their running time. She is a trustee of Lightbox Theatre.
Barra Collins
Programmer
Biog
Barra has worked in the theatre industry for over 15 years, spanning many different roles in creating, producing, and managing arts programmes, productions, festivals, and events with a wide range of audiences. He is the Artistic Director of LAStheatre – a company that creates large-scale immersive productions and award-winning family shows.
Barra is committed to making and delivering exceptional and exciting arts projects, broadening the diversity of voices in the arts, creating opportunities, nurturing talent and producing work that is accessible to all.
Rosie Snell
Marketing Manager
Biog
Rosie has been a member of Masterclass Trust for 10 years and is thrilled to now be part of the team as our new Marketing Officer. Rosie is Artistic Director of Budding Rose Productions and wildly passionate about new writing and immersive theatre. Rosie is excited to meet more of our masterclass members and to be part of launching young creatives and crew into the theatre industry.
Hannah Duncan
Programme and Marketing Administrator
Biog
Hannah joined the Masterclass team in 2023 as our Programme and Marketing Administrator. She is a Theatre Administrator with previous experience in Event Programming, Marketing and Social Media, Box Office, FOH, and has also been a Theatre Manager at Kilworth House Theatre. Hannah is excited to be working with the Masterclass team and is looking forward to encouraging a passion for theatre in young creatives and supporting their journeys into the creative industries. Hannah is also a Dance Science Practitioner in her free time, after graduating from Middlesex University and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music & Dance, and has a passion for Dance and Performance Health.
