Our internship scheme offers paid opportunities to work alongside theatre professionals on West End and commercial shows. Our interns learn on the job through hands-on experience in sound, stage management, lighting, carpentry, WHAM and costume on West End and major UK productions.

During these placements, interns learn from the best, build job-specific skills and bridge the gap between school and workplace, or between fringe and large-scale commercial shows. To date (April 2025), we’ve placed 56 paid interns.
