Chrissy, a drama teacher managing pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), is determined to put on the school play while guiding Annie, her troubled but talented lead actress. As they push through rehearsals, both women struggle to understand themselves and their own bodies. Despite a shared frustration of feeling unheard and misunderstood by society and it's systems, tensions rise between them. Hystera sheds a light on the resilience required to navigate the complexities of women’s health in a world that too often misunderstands them.

Script Sessions give playwrights the opportunity to meet with other young creatives and receive feedback on their scripts.
These very relaxed and informal sessions give playwrights valuable early feedback, while young actors get to practice their table reading skills, directors can share their vision for the piece and designers create quick response sketches. It's a great chance to network with other creatives, and give feedback on new work.
