Join award-winning theatre director, Max Webster, for this directing and acting Masterclass. This session will focus on the skills of making visible the invisible, starting with a discussion on the way in which theatre, as an act of collective imagination, can help us explicitly see things that are normally only suggested. Together, you'll examine what this means, and how theatre can be a space in which seemingly ungraspable ideas can be given concrete life. Max will be taking specific examples from his recent production of Macbeth at the Donmar Warehouse, which is returning to the West End at the Harold Pinter from October. There will be time at the end for an open Q&A, so have your questions ready!
There will be an opportunity for six of our Masterclass actors to work on stage with Max. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please book your free place and complete this short application form. Deadline to apply: 9AM, Friday 10 May
