You should have received an email prompting you to 'Confirm Your Email Address', once confirmed, complete your Masterclass profile and sign up for opportunities and take advantage of ticket offers and giveaways.
We announce upcoming Masterclasses via email in our newsletter. Look out for a range of actors, directors, playwrights, designers and other theatre professionals. All our masterclasses are FREE for 16-30 year olds. See a session you'd like to join? Book your place!
We ask for a photo and CV to ensure that participants are within our age range, 16-30 (this is important as it's our charitable remit). It also helps us select a diverse mix of young people, at different stages of their careers, to take part in interactive parts of Masterclasses and other sessions.
You will receive an email from us confirming your booking - make sure you pop the time & date in your diary! If you haven’t received an email from us then have a look in your junk folder, and double-check that you’ve booked by returning to the Members Area.
If bookings are open online, everyone who books a place is welcome to attend, to sit and listen to the Masterclass and ask questions when suitable. For many of our Masterclasses, there is also the opportunity to take part in a practical element. It will always state on the event webpage how to apply to take part - often it is to just send us an email with your details.
Some of our Masterclasses are application only, as they are small practical workshops held in smaller spaces, such as the Stalls Bar. All the details of how to apply for a closed workshop will be on the individual event page.
If you applied to take part and haven't heard back from us, this means unfortunately you haven't been selected as one of the participants for this session. We try and give as many people with a wide variety of backgrounds and at different stages of their career the opportunity to participate, so please do not be disheartened. You may be selected for future workshops so please do keep applying!
We understand that sometimes things come up that mean you can’t attend the Masterclass that you’ve booked onto. That is absolutely fine, please remember to cancel your place through your dashboard on the Members Area.
We are based at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, in the heart of London's West End. If a session is being hosted elsewhere, it will be clearly listed on the website, newsletter and in a follow up email once you've booked your place. For directions to the Theatre, please see here
On the morning of the event, we’ll send you a digital handout containing all of the details and anything else you’ll need to know about the event.
Just come to the sign-in desk in the foyer of the Theatre Royal Haymarket (unless stated otherwise) around 15 minutes before the start time listed on the website.
If you are running late, please let us know as latecomers may not be admitted. We also sometimes host post-Masterclass networking drinks, so make sure to hang around for a bit afterwards and meet your fellow Masterclass Members!
We love hearing your thoughts and feedback on the session you’ve attended, so please tweet us, tag us on Instagram, check in on Facebook or drop us an email.
