Rupert’s lifelong passion for Shakespeare has seen him involved in over 30 professional productions as an actor and producer, at venues as diverse as the Royal Court, the National Theatre and Ludlow and Lancaster open-air festivals. He played Hamlet at Greenwich Theatre and Mercutio, directed by Judi Dench, at the Open Air Theatre, Regent’s Park.

For 3 years Rupert produced for the Secondary School arm of the Young Shakespeare Company. Amongst others, he has devised and run workshops for Shakespeare’s Globe, the English Shakespeare Company and Regent’s Park, as well as at schools the length and breadth of the UK.
